## **About the Role**
Uber is looking for current MBA students to join our Global and US&C Community Operations Strategy & Planning (CommOps S&P) teams. CommOps provides outstanding customer support to all Uber customers and partners (e.g., riders, drivers, eaters, restaurants) and S&P is a core part of setting and driving the strategic vision of the organization.
Do you have strong problem solving and analytical skills along with excellent planning and prioritization habits? If you love delivering high priority strategy projects to drive significant impact on Uber's customers and partners across all lines of business, then this role is for you! Interns will apply structured thinking to critical business questions, run deep analyses, generate insights, and contribute to pivotal initiatives and projects to improve Uber’s support operations.
In this role, you will help support leadership in company-wide decision-making through your critical thinking, strategic mentality, and data-driven approach. You should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and teamwork skills, and the ability to clearly articulate and present information to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
**What You Will Do**
- Help craft Uber's customer care strategy and support for the future
- Run analysis and develop strategic insights in globe-spanning projects to enable Uber’s leadership decision-making
- Scope new opportunities across verticals & industries, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Build executive-ready materials, present information and work cross-functionally with all levels of the business including the CommOps Executive team
- Provide thought leadership on problems without precedent by setting strategic priorities, aligning the vision, and sharing standard processes
- Help find opportunities in our processes and operating models, and support strategic projects sought at making improvements with global impact
- Collaborate with other members of CommOps
## **Basic Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in MBA program **(graduating between May - June 2026)**
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
## **Preferred Qualifications**
- 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, tech, or engineering, or 5 years of experience in corporate strategy
- Experience building financial / economic / analytical models, both high-level and detailed
- Experience working in highly collaborative work environments
- Experience leading large cross-functional and data-driven projects
- Experience crafting executive-ready material (decks, recommendations) and working closely with senior leaders
- Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking / ability to understand strategic business drivers across disparate businesses will be essential to success
