We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join the Creative Talent Engagement & Development (CTED) team to assist with production workforce training and development initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement, talent development, and operational efficiency within the film and television industry.
The Creative Talent Engagement & Development intern will play a key role in achieving this goal by taking on the following responsibilities:
Talent Development: Assist the team with training and development initiatives for Below-the-Line (BTL) and Above-The-Line (ATL) talent.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and evaluate the success of current production-related initiatives, recommending improvements as needed.
Communication: Learn to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and openness, fostering a culture of change and understanding.

Currently enrolled in a relevant Undergrad/Masters degree program (e.g., Communications, Film Studies, Human Resources, Social Sciences).
Strong interest in community engagement, diversity talent development, and the film entertainment industry.
Must have an interest in talent development and training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Must have basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software applications such as Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
This internship offers hands-on experience in workforce development and inclusion within the entertainment industry, providing valuable insights and skills for those interested in pursuing a career in this field.

Internships are paid and are a minimum of 10 weeks, with a choice of a couple fixed start dates in June to accommodate varying school calendars. Conditions permitting, our summer internships in 2025 for Content will be located in our Los Angeles, CA, office.
