The Content Operations & Innovation organization (COI) at Netflix supports content to thrill members with groundbreaking technology and efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more value on screen. Within this organization, we are looking to host an intern on the Industry Relations & Partnerships team during Summer 2025. The Industry Relations & Partnerships team directs Netflix influence to support, amplify and elevate key pitch-to-play initiatives supporting content through our vendors, technology partnerships and industry relationships.
As an intern, you will:
Learn about how key messaging and communications strategies are developed across COI’s global initiatives (across VFX, Post, GenAI, Sustainability, and more).
Explore how Netflix collaborates with technology partners to innovate workflows and establish new standards, driving efficiency and transformation across media production pipelines.
Learn about and assist with building additional value onto Awards and/or title campaigns
Learning how to liaise across multiple stakeholder groups in a global organization
Help optimize global workflows and create reports to illustrate industry influence

What Might You Do?
Participate in facilitating inbound vendor promotional requests
Support Communications function with various campaign tasks and tracking outputs
Assist colleagues with research, documentation and logistics on their projects
Manage Industry Engagement calendar and keep updated with industry event dates and information
Support the maintenance of metric dashboards and identify ways to improve data accuracy and reporting

Internships are paid and are a minimum of 10 weeks, with a choice of a couple fixed start dates in June to accommodate varying school calendars. Conditions permitting, our summer internships in 2025 for Content will be located in our Los Angeles, CA, office.

The overall market range for Netflix Internships in Content is typically $20/hour - $40/hour.
