Title Marketing Manager | MEXICO
The Role
The Title Marketing Manager role is first and foremost a creative leader; who will develop inspiring and thought-provoking campaigns to generate conversation around our films and series.
This person should be able to generate a deep understanding of the content, its audience, and our media landscape and, most importantly, identify how it intersects with Mexican culture.
The role needs someone with sharp creative judgment who will help our team and partners identify, select, and flesh out effective ideas that impact culture and our brand. We aspire to best-in-class execution and deployment of our campaigns, and the ability to balance strategy and execution is key to success.
We work in a fast-paced environment and launch dozens of campaigns per year. This means this person should be able to manage various creative projects simultaneously and make fast decisions to meet very demanding deadlines. At the end of a campaign, there’s always another creative challenge right around the corner.
Collaboration is essential in this role. This person will constantly need to balance the perspectives of our PR, Content, and Social Media partners to build strong synergies, find common ground, and align on the right way to bring our titles to market.

Media Expertise. Understands the media landscape regarding trends, people’s media habits, and formats. A person who can work effectively with media partners, bringing digital and offline media together to create powerful campaigns.
Great Communicator. Spanish and English are mandatory languages in speech and writing, which is expected to leverage language and might direct copywriting. They will also work with a variety of stakeholders at a global level.
Key Responsibilities
Title marketing campaigns- Develop and lead campaigns to generate conversation around our films and series.
Audience/fandom understanding- Able to generate insights from data and other sources to position our titles and capitalize on our audiences.
Creative process- Knows how to optimize a creative workflow, stay on track with longer-term projects, and react quickly with creativity to new title opportunities.
Entertainment marketing. You will lead and launch unique and innovative campaigns for our Netflix originals and any other high-profile content;
Cross-functional excellence. You will serve as a key voice in ensuring that PR, social, and content work seamlessly and in true synergy.
Culture building. You will be a strong culture player who can help us propagate and nurture our company values among the Mexican team.
