 The Team

This newly established team supports the successful implementation of major change programmes across the EMEA region. Areas of focus include: identifying and advancing key regional priorities and workflow optimization opportunities (such as coordinating  across the different work streams involved in TCQ, Inbound, and S2+ timelines); facilitating production training and industry engagement initiatives, and providing expert support to advance our sustainability goals on EMEA titles. They collaborate closely with EMEA content production teams, regional partners (e.g. EMEA Production Solutions, Studio Strategy team), and global business stakeholders (including Sustainability and COI) to drive and enable key production priorities across the region.

The Role

We seek an experienced Head of Programme Management to lead a small, lean team dedicated to ensuring the smooth and timely implementation of key initiatives across EMEA. The role will suit a dynamic business leader with a proven track record of managing multiple diverse responsibilities, whilst maintaining a strong emphasis on organisation. This lead will collaborate with the VP Production and Production Leaders to set regional priorities, advise regional stakeholders on overall programme developments, and liaise with global teams about local developments. While primarily focusing on content and production coordination, the role also requires collaboration with other senior regional leaders in areas such as Finance, Legal, Policy, and Labour. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with attention to detail, excels in stakeholder management, is self-motivated and thorough, communicates effectively, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role will join the EMEA Production Leadership team.

Key areas of focus include:

Delivering Major Programmes: Coordinate and manage critical region-wide initiatives across content and production teams to support their successful rollout in EMEA.

Optimising Studio Workflows: Design and refine clear operational models and workflows to enhance effectiveness and ensure sustainable implementation practices.

Driving Regional Alignment: Foster robust communication with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and incorporation of global strategies in EMEA.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to and supporting the overall EMEA Production strategy, which will serve as a guide for informed business decisions and regional prioritisation planning

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of work, tracking progress, highlighting/mitigating  areas of concern and ensuring realistic targets and dates are set and delivered

  • Developing materials (including compelling slides and memos) and workflows to support major programmes (in coordination with other relevant teams)

  • Working constructively with a range of stakeholders (global, regional and local) across multiple functions to support the successful implementation of new studio workflows

  • Putting together compelling written and verbal comms in support of the overall programme; and chairing / attending relevant taskforce meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive project management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with exceptional organizational and project/time management skills.

  • Strong strategic abilities, capable of independently creating compelling presentations and memos suitable for senior leadership teams. Professional experience in consulting preferred 

  • Excellent judgment, along with outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proven ability to embrace, drive, and facilitate change management, effectively managing multiple work streams across various disciplines.

  • In-depth understanding of production workflows, with experience in optimizing them for improved time, cost, and quality effectiveness in content production.

  • Experience working in the EMEA region and internationally 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with VP-level executives.

  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading diverse teams across multiple functions, skills, and locations.
