**About the Role**
The Uber Ads team is looking for a Partner Manager within the Strategic Vertical (SV - non-endemic brands) sector. You will be establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, client education, and client satisfaction in this fast-paced environment.
You will work strategically to drive value and efficiency across various stakeholders within the organisation both locally and internationally to drive education and adoption of advertising products across Uber Rides and Uber Eats. You'll be responsible for campaign execution, account management, and reporting, and will collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to bring value and build a mutually beneficial relationship.
**What the Candidate Will Need**
1. Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, including creative best practices, kick-off calls from launch to end
2. Support team lead and partner manager with client reporting, post-campaign analysis
3. Manage small agencies alongside supporting partner managers with hero clients
4. Proactively monitor campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate, and solve issues
5. Collaborate effectively across internal sales, product, and support teams to include Ad Ops, Insights & Measurement, and other relevant parties.
6. Bring your analytical A-game. Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners during the campaign lifecycle
\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----
1. 2–3+ years of full-time experience in digital advertising, account management or media agency roles.
2. Understanding of brand & performance media channels/products, as well as core measurement metrics that are relevant to these
\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----
1. Experience managing large-scale ads campaigns and partnering with large, complex advertisers
2. Experience building relationships with key marketing decision makers, brand digital advertising managers and agency partners
3. Ability to flex your analytical skills and utilise data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
4. Excellent listening, communication, and organisational skills
5. Excellent problem-solving skills
6. Speed, resourcefulness, proactivity, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
7. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
