## About the Role We’re looking for a strategic thinker, analytical problem-solver, and impact-driven leader to join our Mexico Operations team at Uber Eats as a people manager. As part of our Operations team, you’ll be at the center of it all—powering everything from daily improvements to big-picture strategy. You'll play a key role in keeping our marketplace balanced, efficient, and focused on delivering the best experience for our users. Whether it’s enhancing the experience for delivery partners, designing smarter incentives, or shaping how we launch new features, your work will directly influence Uber Eats’ success in Mexico. This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity that blends marketplace design, product thinking, and operational excellence.
