**About the Role** Uber is looking for a Systems Support Specialist to manage tool configurations and system administration with strong problem solving skills, and a drive for continuous operational improvement. **About the Team** The Team, located in the Krakow Center of Excellence, is composed of 3 main verticals, Systems Support, Interactive Voice Responses (IVR) and Tool Configurations for Project Management (CORe). The team provides global support across all megaregions and aims to  design and implement processes and tools, leading to consistency and alignment to help Uber achieve world class support for our communities. **What you'll do** - Provide Systems Support under Global Service Design for Global CoE/BPO experience. - Under the Systems team you will provide the system administration and troubleshooting support of support software. This includes, but is not limited to, Bliss, Sprinklr, Secure Support, Uber Learning, C360, Chronicle and Yext. - Access management of our tools - both internal and external - will be a large part of the scope, including creation, deletion and edition of rights but also auditing. - Tool administration will also include light configuration of tools, such as: changes in views, workflows & queues, etc. - Run internal processes on various cadences, designed to help perform system administration or configuration tasks (i.e. daily/weekly/monthly export/upload/validation/audit etc. related to various tools). - Contribute to SOP/workflow/tooling improvement efforts conducted internally within the team or in collaboration with internal or external stakeholders. **What you'll need** - Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights. - Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment. - Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data and expertise in data visualization/presentation. - Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and data management skills. **It’s a plus if:** - You have previous experience in system administration and troubleshooting We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
