**About the Role** Uber Eats is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join us as **Head of Inside Sales (m/w/d)**. In this role, you will spearhead our outbound sales efforts, drive growth, and expand our restaurant partner network. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team while shaping the future of Uber Eats' sales strategy. * * * ### **What You'll Do** **Build and Lead a High-Performing Team:** - Recruit, develop, and manage a best-in-class Inside Sales team focused on outbound sales for Uber Eats. - Establish clear targets and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. **Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:** - Design and implement sales strategies to onboard new restaurant partners and achieve business growth objectives. - Collaborate with Field Sales teams to deliver integrated sales campaigns aligned with Uber Eats' priorities. **Drive Sales Performance:** - Set ambitious sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure consistent success. - Implement strategies to optimize the sales lifecycle and streamline processes. **Foster Talent Development:** - Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities for team members. - Build a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. **Leverage Data Insights:** - Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. - Present data-driven business cases to stakeholders to support growth initiatives. **Ensure Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Partner with teams across Operations, Marketing, and Account Management to align goals and share insights. - Build strong relationships to drive success across the Uber Eats organization. * * * ### **Basic Qualifications** - 4+ years of experience managing a front-line outbound sales team, with a proven track record of success. - Expertise in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, with a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to guide strategies and decisions. - Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring commercial deals with mutual benefits. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including motivating and developing high-performing teams. - Alignment with Uber’s core values, including a commitment to fostering diversity and upholding integrity. - Fluent German and English; other languages appreciated. * * * ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, particularly in food delivery, technology, or related industries. - Proven ability to achieve and accurately forecast sales targets in a dynamic market. - Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and other tools for data-driven decision-making.
