**About the Role** The Global Support Organization at Uber (GSO) is a key business team partnering with the Sales Operations function to drive revenue and market expansion across LATAM in the Delivery vertical. Our goal is to fuel growth and client acquisition by optimizing BPO structures, scaling sales processes, and fostering strong vendor relationships across multiple markets and languages. As the Sales Vendor Manager for LATAM, you are a strategic leader capable of setting a clear vision and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute sales goals and operational priorities. You will navigate complex, matrixed environments to drive large-scale initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on sales performance and alignment with regional and global sales strategies. We seek a passionate, energetic, hands-on senior manager with experience handling multiple, simultaneous Sales projects, exceptional organizational and presentation skills, and a robust strategic vision capable of adapting to dynamic business needs. **What The Role Will Do** - Build and manage BPO partnerships: Establish strong relationships with BPO vendors, ensuring they meet sales targets, deliver high-quality leads, and maintain productivity. - Optimize sales processes: Streamline BPO-specific sales processes, improve funnel management, and develop robust reporting systems. - Drive sales excellence: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance BPO capabilities, improve sales effectiveness, and increase lead conversion rates. - Develop and execute the BPO sales strategy: Align vendor operations with broader sales and organizational objectives. - Monitor and improve performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify and address performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Foster collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication. **Basic Role Qualifications** - Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus. - 8+ years of experience in Sales Program Management, Vendor Management, or BPO Management, with a focus on sales operations, lead generation and other revenue-driving functions in the BPO industry. - In-depth understanding of sales processes and strategies within BPO environments, combined with transformative and critical thinking skills to elevate traditional sales practices to new heights - Proven change management skills, with the ability to drive and adapt to fast-paced, evolving business needs and successfully implement change initiatives within a BPO context - Strong stakeholder management skills; demonstrated ability to strategically align and secure buy-in from multiple internal and external business partners across diverse teams and regions - Robust change management expertise - Advanced analytical, data interpretation, and presentation skills - Results-driven with exceptional problem-solving abilities and proven influence in complex matrix environments - Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce, with the ability to interpret and leverage data in a structured manner to drive timely, informed decisions. This role requires a leader who can synthesize key insights, anticipate potential issues, spot emerging trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable executive presentations, supporting data-driven decision-making at the leadership level - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on articulating clear and actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners **Bonus Points If You Have** - Experience in Similar Industries, Particularly Food and Retail Delivery: Background in the food delivery industry or a similar high-growth environment, especially with a focus on expanding networks within the Delivery vertical. - End-to-End Sales and Post-Sales Funnel Expertise: Proven experience managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and outbound/inbound sales to early life cycle management. Skilled in scaling activities to prevent churn and maximize customer retention. - Knowledge of the Restaurant and Food and Retail Delivery Landscape in LatAm: Specific industry insights that can drive effective engagement and relationship-building with restaurant partners and optimize sales strategies across diverse markets. - Sales Certifications: Knowledge of programs emphasizing modern sales methodologies, real-world case studies, and leadership skills essential for leading and driving high-performing sales teams (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, GAP, CSLP) We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
