**About the Role**
We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Rider and Portfolio team as Sr. Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible for leading the premium products performance and growth, involving financial planning, strategy definition and cross functional collaboration.
The right candidate is a strategic problem solver, deeply analytical, and strong at stakeholder engagement. They will have a point of view on how we improve our premium products, will successfully communicate their vision, and will be able to work cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.
**What you'll do:**
1. Segment Strategy definition - Help define our strategy for Premium Products over the short- and long-run
2. Financial Planning - Lead and execute monthly forecasting processes, holding product owners accountable for their financial performance
3. Stakeholder and Project Management- Act as a project manager for Premium products initiatives, including communication with both internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks and making data driven decisions to optimize results
4. Problem Solving- Identify and address challenges early, using data and strategic thinking to navigate obstacles and deliver successful outcomes
5. Data-Driven Insights- Leverage data to inform the decisions you make around the strategy and structure of initiatives
6. Operational Execution and Improvement - Lead the execution of initiatives, continuously making improvements in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
**What you'll need:**
1. 5+ years of experience in startup, strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field
2. SQL proficiency and experience with involved data analytics
3. Financial acumen. Understands the importance of investments and different means of measuring return
4. High standards and a bias toward action. You can find the context and information you need through relationships across the organization, you push for clarity and delivery, and you hold a high bar from your contributions and those of the people you work with
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
8. Effective team player, collaboration.
