We are currently searching for a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Legal Operations team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and enhancement of our legal matter management platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in legal program management, an understanding of legal operations, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
**What you'll do**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the legal matter management platform, including user support, training, and issue resolution.
- Partner closely with the matter management product owner and development team to define the product roadmap and ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and implement improvements.
- Monitor platform performance and usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in legal matter management.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in legal program management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of legal matter management processes and systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with a Salesforce platform as an end-user or product owner.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.
- Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.
- Inquisitiveness, along with the ability to spot issues, get to the heart of a matter, and articulate plans to address them.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$123,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
