**About the role** We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to plan and implement world-class marketing campaigns that build brand impact and drive growth for Uber. In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners and our agency partners to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns that fuel consumer demand, engagement and drive brand strength. The ideal candidate is a self-enabler with plenty of entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster positive relationships across teams and business units. **What You'll Do** 1\. Plan and implement world-class full-funnel campaigns and activations, working closely with cross-functional teams on both strategic planning and execution 2\. Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver campaigns or activations against them 3\. Maintain the relationship with agency partners for the development and execution of outstanding work 4\. Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities (business targets, P&L priorities, segmentation, priority markets) to be thought partners with regional Ops, Policy, and Comms teams 5\. Engage in stakeholder management across the organisation - locally and globally with cross-functional teams, including local operations, product, support, policy, and PR teams **What You'll Need** 1\. 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment 2\. Strong business acumen; structured problem solver with project management skills and attention to detail 3\. Experience in conceptualising and driving compelling coordinated marketing campaigns 4\. Track record of owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and budget 5\. Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the Uber brand in a way that is both consistent with our global brand positioning but also meaningful to local culture and customs 6\. A strong customer-centric attitude - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand 7\. The ability to take the initiative in a constantly evolving work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset **Preferred Qualifications** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar; Advanced degree is a plus 2\.
