**About the Role**
Uber has historically served hundreds of millions of consumers and businesses across multiple product areas. An exciting growth area for Uber is emerging within the autonomous space. In order to enable the many exciting partnerships we have, the Identity team needs to support a device (machine) as a 1st class entity across Uber. This role is to build the 0 to 1 Identity product experience in this emerging space.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
- Enable devices as a 1st class entity at Uber requires supporting the entire device lifecycle, access control and associations with enterprises
- Distill vision and strategy for the team, get all members of the cross-functional team aligned and motivated.
- Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results to a spectrum of audiences including executives, product teams and other stakeholders across Uber.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 3+ years in product management at a tech company and an undergratuate degree in computer science or similar.
- Significant experience aligning cross functional and external stakeholders at scale.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing demands of a new market.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Technical background and technical product management experience needed.
- Identity domain experience is very nice to have.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$165,500 per year.
