We are looking for a data-driven, analytically-minded Product Ops Analyst to support the product and operations teams of our newest brand, Factor: a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service.

This data-driven planning role will be responsible for building our weekly rotating menu of ready-to-heat meals, optimizing performance within a range of constraints, including customer experience, cost, seasonality, and production complexity.

In this role, you will work between our Culinary, Kitchen Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure we're prioritizing the needs of our customers while also setting up our production teams for success. You will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, reporting on menu performance,  and making recommendations to areas of opportunity for improvement.

This role will report directly to the Culinary Lead.

You will be working closely with our Culinary, Nutrition, and FSQA teams, establishing operational best practices and putting together a weekly menu for customers in multiple markets across Europe. 

This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Using customer feedback, recipe performance, supply chain constraints, cost, and more to develop a weekly menu aligned with demand, performance, and budgetary requirements. You will also assist in developing the menu planning roadmap, aligning stakeholders on key timelines (new recipe onboarding, etc.) and constraints (seasonality, etc.). 
  • Utilize performance ratings, meal feedback, and technical constraints to identify areas of opportunity, aiding in new product development to meet business objectives.
  • Develop/improve tools and support the creation of metrics to identify gaps in our recipe database and improve reporting of menu planning weekly results.
  • Report performance KPIs – including menu satisfaction and appeal, database health, and budget alignment – in stakeholder meetings with a clear action plan for improvements.
  • Be a data champion for the Product, Culinary, Procurement, and Production teams - support in automating processes, performing complex analysis, and providing meaningful and actionable insights to improve team and business performance.
  • Gather and analyze historical and forward-looking data – including recipe performance, ingredient seasonality, budget requirements, and consumer preferences – to outline short and long-term development and onboarding requirements for our Culinary, Product, and Procurement teams. Improve and maintain these dashboards over time to ensure we thoroughly understand our ability to execute across key areas over time.
  • Maintain ownership of weekly content management and uploading, including menu and meal details and associated sorting logic.
  • Work with the Analytics team to build out more sophisticated planning models and tools to improve menu planning efficiency.
  • All other duties, as assigned

What you will bring:

  • 1-3 years experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field of study
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite applications (especially google sheets/google scripts). Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency is required. 
  • Ability to work with database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: you have well-developed strategies for never missing a deadline or overlooking a key detail and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL a significant plus
  • Experience delivering actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines in a given week
  • Confidence in your work and abilities - you’re able to problem-solve independently
