Senior Product Manager II - Menu to Content, Food Systems Alliance (f/m/x)

At HelloFresh, the right Menu and Content for our end-customers directly contributes to our company mission to change the way people eat forever.  As the Food Systems Alliance, we are building and globalizing systems throughout the entire Food Journey, from ingredient to production. We envision a future where our customers consistently select among the most varied, yet consistently high-quality recipes in our menu and receive their boxes that are filled with high-quality ingredients, sourced carefully, and delivered sustainably. In the last two years, the Food Systems Alliance has been digitizing enterprise processes and making great progress with the tactical aspect of several tools to enable our internal teams to execute their tasks efficiently. The Alliance is getting ready to incorporate more data, intelligence, and insights to the decision making process with cutting edge forecasting, algorithmic solutions and recommender engines. Our Menu to Content Tribe builds intelligent solutions that optimize menu planning, personalize the menu for end-customers, improve demand forecasting and integrate content with digital and physical touchpoints. We are aiming to enable internal teams to deliver the most desirable menu for end-customers, while minimizing internal complexity and cost to serve.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of a fully cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, operations researchers, scientists and designers who work together to build innovative solutions in an agile way. You will be leading initiatives that shape how we forecast demand and curate our menu. In addition, you will be informing physical product strategic decisions by driving menu experimentation. You will be working with physical product teams and operations teams across 18 countries and 8 brands at HelloFresh Group. Your work will directly impact how we balance customer delight, operational efficiency, and business growth in a fast-paced, ever-changing food tech environment.

What you will do

1. Lead Product Step-Changes Improvements: Define and drive the product strategies and an up to 15 months roadmap for your domain, ensuring alignment with long-term business strategies 
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with physical product and operations teams to ensure data and technology strategies translate into business outcomes and user benefits.
3. Hypothesis-Driven Development: Prioritize customer needs by iterating on existing strategies or developing new product capabilities. Leverage user feedback, research, and data analysis to define clear hypotheses and drive informed decision-making
4. Enhance Data Quality and Integration: Ensure your products deliver high-quality, well-integrated data by identifying dependencies with other systems, understanding their data needs, and incorporating these requirements into your definition of done.
5. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Define and track KPI trees for the products and initiatives you are leading and build strategies to improve them;  conduct relevant analyses with minimal guidance and are able to decompose multifaceted problems, identify core issues, and simplify topics for easy comprehension.
6. Learn and Iterate using Experimentation: Develop and lead assortment A/B testing and experimentation strategies to inform strategic decisions for our physical product. Use experimental results and analytics tools to continuously iterate and refine the hypotheses.

What you’ll bring

• Extensive hands-on product management experience related to building enterprise or B2B products, internal  tooling and / or data products with teams of 5+ engineers and scientists
• Strong ability to connect technology and data solutions to tangible business outcomes. Understand the needs of both customers and stakeholders, ensuring that product improvements support strategic company goals.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven products. Experience influencing without direct authority and aligning teams around a shared vision.
• Experience with driving experimentation
• Ability to query and analyze data independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to present findings, insights, and strategies to senior leadership.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in science, engineering, and physical product and ops teams to discover and deliver valuable solutions
• A fail-fast-and-learn mentality and experience in building POCs and MVPs, linked to generating business value
