Role Description: As a member of the Workspace Services team, you will collaborate closely with the Manager Workspace Amsterdam (HQ), the Senior Office Manager Amsterdam, Manager Real Estate, Program Manager Real Estate, and various internal stakeholders to ensure all services in the Amsterdam and Manchester campuses. The goal of Workspace Services is to create a healthy, happy, and productive workplace to boost employee satisfaction and attract new talent. The contract manager will develop future workspace service concepts such as food, hospitality, cleaning, and security, while keeping up with market changes and innovations. They will also take initiatives to improve services continuously and will be responsible for the delivery of contract management and procurement for either hard or soft service facilities. They advise Senior Office Managers globally on contracts and support them with workspace-related subjects and projects. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Manage all Workspace Amsterdam and Manchester (HQ) related contracts on a strategic and tactical level (Food, Cleaning, Security, ERO, etc.) Develop a sourcing strategy and perform all related actions, such as creating an RFI, RFP, and setting up requirements with Global Procurement. Establish and monitor a yearly Workspace Services budget for all Amsterdam offices (to be Campus) with the Facility Manager AMS, coordinating closely with the Finance department on guidance and savings. Identify and liaise with stakeholders and peers to achieve quality initiatives and secure organizational support. Align company and departmental strategy with workspace project requirements, assessing the impact on contracts. Create and manage scalable project plans to meet evolving needs and quality standards, while challenging quality standards in a cost-effective manner. Monitor contractor performance according to budget, SLAs, KPIs, implement and manage new contracts with team, set guidelines for vendor contracts, and liaise with Workspace Services and other stakeholders to enhance services and manage risks. Qualifications & Skills: 10 years' experience in Facilities services in international organizations; Acting as a trusted business partner Finding relevant data and able to clarify the nature of a problem, evaluate alternatives and propose viable solutions, and determine the outcome of various options; You are an experienced contract manager who knows how build a business case, and how to manage stakeholders, risks and resources in complex multi-cultural environments with multiple stakeholders; Successfully implementing new ideas and conceptual changes; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Understand how the company’s and department’s strategy influence your project requirements, goals and day to day management Benefits & Perks - Global Impact, Personal Relevance: Booking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
