Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manages and coaches a team of employees to achieve both organizational and team objectives. Establish ties with partners through accompanying team members on visits, events and industry conferences. Be the market expert on the industry by understanding the spectrum of the competitors and the landscape of partners. Lead the organization of partner events with the objective to drive business results. Be the expert on the operational side to drive achievement of commercial goals for your team. Support the team in achieving business goals by guiding and coaching them in delivering our services to partners. Ensure and enable the team is applying commercial and operational Booking.com frameworks within their day-to-day Identifying and supporting local priorities and executing the initiatives that are driven by Area Managers.
