The Controller is part of the Global Accounting & Controlling organization and is responsible for leading a defined area of the organization's statutory accounting function. Responsible for the timely and accurate production and submission of all statutory returns to regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities Timely delivery and the integrity of the internal and/or external financial statutory reporting Initiate and own the strategic goals of the statutory accounting team in line with the accounting roadmap Manage the annual returns and / or various statutory and statistical filings for multiple entities in accordance with all internal policies and external requirements Lead the statutory accounting activities and collaborate with senior stakeholders Take full ownership and responsibility of the statutory accounting process and standardization of Booking Statutory processes Take and own initiate projects to increase process automation using existing and new applications Take and own process improvement and efficiency initiatives (Lean) Manage a team including ensuring the development of individuals within the organization. Coach and direct people to allow them to achieve both organizational and individual objectives.
