Role Description: As a Mulesoft Senior Integration specialist, you are responsible for design and development of APIs for seamless data flows across the people technology landscape. Collaborating closely with Integration architect, 3rd party vendors, internal SMEs to design and develop robust and scalable integrations. You will also ensure that each integration solution aligns with business objectives and adhere to established architecture standards. In addition to API led integrations developments, your role involves managing mulesoft BAU request triage to BAU team based on integration queries. You guide best practices, actively promoting knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and expertise among team members for proficient utilization of integration tools. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Design, develop and maintain the API led Integration standards, policies, and procedures for the People Technology. Design and Develop integrations adhering to architecture guidelines via MuleSoft across people tech landscape including (not limited to) Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Docebo, iCIMS, AWS, Kafka, Best of Breed tech stacks, leveraging their specific capabilities to optimize data flow, security, and scalability. Collaborate closely with Integration, data and security architects across people tech, central tech, fin tech, mulesoft C4E to develop solutions adhering to integration architecture recommendations and ensuring delivery aligns with business goals. Lead the design and implementation of new integrations within the People Tech landscape, ensure alignment with the established API led architecture standards to deliver business value to reusable and scalable models. Advocate API led integration-specific architecture and strategies to all IT architects and the impacted product teams highlighting short-term trade-offs vs long-term commitments while designing the solution. Ensures that the solutions are scalable (technology), efficient (process), effective (cost), and supportable. Collaborate with the Data, Product & Digital team within people tech to develop scalable solutions via API led integration. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams related to API integration best practices, tools, and techniques. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in integration design and development (API/Batch/Event) via Mulesoft, with focus on people tech landscape (HRIS, ATS, LMS, Payroll & People Analytics platforms). 3+ years of design and development experience in Mule 4.0 with both on-premises and Cloud hub 2.0 implementations. -HA Hands on experience with API design, Dataweave & policy management with ability to translate CDM to API Specifications. Hands-on experience with SOAP, WSDL, XML, REST and JSON, CI/CD Pipelines (Gitlab). Expertise in API-led integration, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns such as event-driven architecture and microservices Hands-on experience with people platforms & integration tools, including but not limited to Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, Docebo, Mulesoft, AWS, Kafka, and ETL tools.
