Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Work closely with the senior UX designer to maintain and enhance Booking.com’s brand standards, and application to the Booking.com for Business narrative, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across platforms and campaigns Conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with business objectives, working on projects ranging from digital ads, website and eMail visuals, social media graphics to promotional materials and in-product illustrations. Use your design skills to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with the different personas, utilising storytelling to enhance the messaging. Produce high-quality visuals that are optimised for various digital channels, including web, mobile, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency and adaptability across platforms. Collaborate with copywriters, marketing, product and customer success teams to create design elements that elevate the user experience and support product features, effectively communicating the value of our offerings. Leverage analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring your visuals not only look great but are also data-driven and aligned with business goals. Stay updated on the industry, design trends and best practices to keep our brand visuals fresh and relevant, continually pushing creative boundaries. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years experience as a graphic or creative designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital platforms (preferable with a global reach/ across regions) Deep understanding of brand design principles and experience creating visuals that align with brand identity. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Premiere), Figma and familiarity with animation or motion graphics. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
