The Senior Producer is responsible for driving the team's productivity, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with project and company standards. They collaborate across disciplines to define and achieve the project's goals, fostering efficient workflows and maintaining excellence throughout development.
Lead project execution, ensuring alignment with the vision and delivering exceptional quality and predictability.
Collaborate with product leads, producers, and stakeholders to define clear project goals and vision.
Ensure teams have visibility into all tasks and deadlines, coordinating with leads, producers, and teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage teams to deliver features, goals, and product requirements to the highest quality within established schedules.
Implement and advocate for best practices in scheduling, development methodologies, and toolsets to optimize production.
Take ownership of deliverables and initiatives, maintaining a sharp focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Provide regular updates on project status, changes, and the broader context to teams and leadership.
Proven ability to effectively lead multiple teams or significant portions of a product.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the capability to bring structure and clarity to team workflows.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, fostering teamwork and alignment across disciplines.
Skilled at implementing and driving more efficient workflows to enhance team productivity.

7+ years of experience in a related role, contributing to high-quality games in the console, mobile, or web space.
Demonstrated success in shipping 2+ AAA or equivalent-quality games, including at least one in the mobile space.
Deep understanding of game development team structures, dynamics, and leadership principles.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a LiveOps production role, with a focus on continuous game improvement.
Comprehensive knowledge of common production methodologies and best practices, with the ability to effectively apply them to game development.
Proficiency with tracking and project management tools, such as Jira, Hansoft, Excel, Unity, and Tableau.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Our core hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings etc. during this time.

Compensation: Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
The range for this role is $100,000-$600,000.
