We are seeking a Senior Client Partner who will be responsible for servicing an enterprise account list and will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships between Netflix and key brands. This team is consultative in nature and will lead the long-term growth of each account.
As a Senior Client Partner, you will focus on client direct sales needs and work in lockstep with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial, deeply passionate about cross-functional account development, and proficient in high-level strategic thinking. This role requires travel and representation at industry events.
Generate interest & excitement of Netflix’s offerings with client CMOs, Marketing teams, Brand Managers, and Media Directors to influence big ad spending decisions.
Identify & lead opportunities for partnership outside of ‘traditional’ media solutions (eg, Brand Partnership Opportunities, Consumer Product Partnerships, Live Events, etc).
Support client-direct Netflix media buys.
Possess a deep understanding and expertise of the industries we support and the needs of our client partners
Develop and maintain C-level relationships to expand Netflix's presence, and educate and inform on the power of Netflix
Partner with agency teams, and other teams to grow revenue across the business
Work with Partner Marketing, Business Development, Policy, Legal, Brand Partnerships and Live Experiences teams to ensure that client’s needs are being met
Build 'ground up' comprehensive business plans that will drive top line revenue growth & communicate go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders
Stay current on video advertising trends and digital innovations
Work with sales leadership to establish/set strategic objectives and goals that maximize business impact.
Regularly consult with local/regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product level positioning and engagement in their markets.
Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and maintain trust and collaboration.
Represent Netflix at key client events, as a thought leader & speaker.
Considerable experience managing direct accounts for a platform/publisher
Extensive Advertising Partner strategy development and consultative skills and proven track record working across multinational organization leadership teams
Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes
Consultative and Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions
Understanding of how our clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong, confident presentation skills
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $350,000 - $525,000. A portion of this compensation is variable.
