Job Description

On-site
The Transportation Partner Experience Events team is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to manage content development for some of our biggest proprietary events. Your responsibility will include partnering with content strategists on the creation of event content plans, inclusive of keynotes, breakout sessions, and lightning talks, building robust workback schedules for content development, driving speakers and their teams towards critical deadlines, escalating roadblocks and risks, and using excellent communication skills to report on status of content development to event leads and executive leadership. The ideal candidate has a proven history of running large projects with excellence, managing a complex web of senior stakeholders, can work through a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance and anticipate and navigate roadblocks before they become issues. This person will be able to effectively work within a small team, while rolling up their sleeves and getting stuff done – no detail will be too small and they'll never say "that's not my job". They’ll obsess over details, display poise and sophistication in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, and deliver results.

If this sounds like an exciting challenge, then we’d like to hear from you.
