Amazon Business is seeking a talented and innovative Enterprise Art Director to lead the design for our large business initiatives. This person would lead the design of AB's largest conferences, third-party events, and large business marketing campaigns. This exciting opportunity involves working with one of Amazon’s fastest-growing organizations, collaborating with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and managing projects across international markets.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and execution of conferences and enterprise business campaigns, ensuring alignment with Amazon's brand standards and business goals.
- Oversee the production of graphics for various conference events, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all touch points.
- Present creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance final deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, category management, and creative services, to deliver high-quality graphics and promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with external agency partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of creative concepts.
- Develop and maintain style guides, templates, and visual standards for promotional e-commerce campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes and outputs.
A day in the life
This person would sit on the Amazon Business (AB) creative team and own our large business marketing efforts. They would partner with that team to understand the creative needs and align them to the AB brand identity. They will need to work with external agency partners to bring their concepts and the AB brand to life and ensure a high-bar of creative is being produced. They would work with the other creatives on AB to understand areas they could collaborate or partner together to share learnings and ensure a cohesive AB visual presence.
About the team
The Amazon Business (AB) creative team owns all of the creative for the AB brand. We partner with all-up amazon branding team to ensure we align with other amazon brands but have a lot of autonomy within our world. The team has project managers, other creative leads, and video leads and we pride ourselves on being collaborative and inclusive. We are the creative glue that connects many other parts of AB, so maintain an approachable and authentic mindset.- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
