The EU/UK Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team in London, UK.
Key job responsibilities
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing international events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. The team is located across sites in the UK, the EU and the US.

We identify, mitigate, and prevent product risk by working closely with selling partners, customers, brands, and regulators across the Amazon stores in UK, EU, and WW. Our mission is to build best-in-class, product-based compliance solutions harnessing the power of state-of-the-art multilingual, multimodal, LLMs, and generative AI to improve productivity and elevate user experiences. We develop these solutions as foundational multi-use ML services that eliminate compliance friction for our partners, reduce operational costs, and ensure a great buyer experience, while enabling extensions beyond compliance to non-compliance use cases Amazon wide. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordinationExperience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Superior attention to detail and ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
