As our Demand Generation Manager, you will: 

Be at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and turn them into loyal customers. You’ll work closely with web, design, product marketing, product, and content teams to drive growth and optimize every stage of the funnel.

Ideally, you have an analytical mindset and a knack for data-driven decision-making. You thrive on measuring campaign performance, testing new ideas, and optimizing for higher conversions. You're creative, proactive, and always on the lookout for new ways to reach our audience and push the needle on growth. With your passion for marketing technology and automation, you’ll help build scalable systems that continuously improve how we attract and engage leads.

What You'll Do: 

  • Campaigns that Convert: Create and launch cross-channel campaigns (email, PPC, social, content) to drive qualified leads.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build smart, automated workflows that move prospects down the funnel faster.
  • Optimize Everything: Use data to analyze, A/B test, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Align with Sales: Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, alignment, and follow-through.
  • Report & Refine: Track metrics, report on performance, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

What You'll Bring: 

  • 2-3 years in demand generation, marketing, or growth marketing—ideally in tech or B2B.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in email marketing, NCA event planning, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Great communicator, collaborator, and organized individual with a passion for growth.
