We’re looking for sales-driven professionals with B2B and SaaS experience to drive cross-sales of Kaseya’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solutions to existing customers.

As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll become a product expert, selling to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams (SMBs) while identifying and closing high-value deals. Using a consultative sales approach, you’ll diagnose customer needs, highlight product benefits, and drive growth.

This role requires forecasting, strategic planning, and IT sales expertise to maximize sales opportunities.

 As a Solution Specialist, you will:

  • Champion our BCDR product portfolio, serving as a product advocate within assigned sales teams.
  • Support Account Managers by sharing best practices and acting as their go-to sales resource.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up diligently on all leads generated by account management.
  • Coordinate internal resources throughout the sales cycle to ensure smooth execution.
  • Quickly assess client needs, both technical and business-related.
  • Engage in strategic business discussions to understand customer pain points.
  • Communicate the value of our solutions, demonstrating how they drive business success.
  • Simplify complex processes and implement efficient workflows.
  • Provide customer feedback and competitive insights to enhance product development.
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline across multiple Account Managers.
  • Deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts to management.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Technical knowledge in software sales, specifically within Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
  • Familiarity with software, hardware, and applications (SQL, Exchange, SharePoint), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac).
  • Personable and persuasive with excellent phone communication skills, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization over the phone.
  • Consistently exceeds sales targets in a phone-driven environment.
  • Experience selling to MSPs or working in an MSP environment is a plus.
