**About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Global GTM Strategy & Enablement** to drive the development, execution, and optimization of strategic initiatives and enablement programs that enhance sales effectiveness, customer success, and revenue growth at Uber for Business. This leader will play a critical role in empowering our global sales team with the knowledge, skills, processes, and tools necessary to excel in their roles while ensuring a world-class customer experience that drives retention and growth. This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, to define best-in-class sales behaviors, optimize enablement strategies, and implement scalable processes. ### **What You’ll Do** ### **GTM Strategy:** - Develop and implement GTM strategies to optimize revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion - Provide recommendations on org design, team structures, and scaling strategies to maximize efficiency and impact - Drive operational efficiency by evaluating and improving sales and marketing tech stack, processes, and workflows. **Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution:** - Manage a team of sales enablement professionals that are responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing sales enablement programs (including onboarding, continuing education, and skill development) that enhance productivity and effectiveness - Support the global implementation and adoption of enablement tools and AI-driven solutions to improve sales efficiency. - Design and facilitate large scale in person and virtual events, including SKO, President’s Club incentives, and new hire bootcamps. - Measure and analyze program effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and enhance initiatives. - Manage internal communication strategies to ensure sales teams receive relevant, actionable information in a timely manner. **Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management:** - Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align sales enablement and customer success efforts with business goals. - Influence key stakeholders and drive organizational alignment on enablement strategies, success metrics, and operational best practices. - Act as an advocate for sales and customer success, ensuring their needs are represented across internal teams. ### **Basic Qualifications** - 8+ years of experience in sales enablement and/or customer success strategy & operations within a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment. - Expert-level facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading training sessions and workshops for sales teams. - Background in revenue operations with a focus on go-to-market execution - Strong experience in sales enablement tooling and AI-driven enablement solution ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience leading and managing a team across multiple global regions - Expert-level facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading training sessions and workshops for sales teams. - Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills with the ability to influence senior level decision makers - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with large data sets synthesizing into business insights - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating impactful enablement content. - Experience in customer success operations with a strong understanding of retention, growth, and expansion strategies For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
