**About the Role**
The L&D Partner will join the Global L&D team and work with stakeholders across the organization to consult and deliver on the company's learning & development needs. This role will contribute to components across the L&D solution development lifecycle, including needs analysis and research, instructional design, program management, communications and promotion, facilitation, vendor management, and measurement. This person will also manage the menu of both internally and externally facilitated learning experiences available to Uber employees.
This role requires a deep understanding of the learning needs of Uber employees globally and an ability to translate that understanding into impactful learning experiences. **What You'll Do**
- In partnership with other L&D teammates and stakeholders, operate and deliver on new and existing learning and development solutions and drive meaningful iterations
- As needs change, leverage change management skills to partner with L&D teammates and stakeholders to develop and implement high-impact programming
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external vendors from onboarding to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, relevant learning solutions to Uber employees
- Manage end-to-end communication plans for L&D programs, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders and learners
- With the L&D Lead, oversee the quality and precision in operations of all internal and external learning solutions, using all existing data, business feedback, and impact measures to continuously assess and improve programs for impact and efficiency
- Support the team in program design and facilitation as needed
**Basic Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience in L&D for adult professionals (e.g. training/learning & development, education, HR or recruiting, or consulting)
- 5+ years professional experience within a leading international organization with a fast-paced culture, ambiguity, agility, and complexity.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a global L&D, HR, DEI, Talent, and/or Operations role providing solutions that support employees in expanding their networks and growing their careers
- High comfort level with navigating through systems and tools to constantly uncover potential operational efficiencies
- Ability to partner with multiple Uber teams across time zones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization
- Strong business acumen, data analysis, and reporting skills
- A willingness to learn by doing without requiring step-by-step guidance
- Experience with Project Management platforms (e.g., Asana)
- Experience working in Tech is highly desirable
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year - USD$114,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$114,000 per year - USD$127,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year - USD$114,500 per year.
