The Planning & Launch Program Manager is a pivotal role responsible for engaging cross-company stakeholders and managing a portfolio of launches from design to deployment, impacting the Device Partner Sales organization. In this role, you will lead the launch of new capabilities and incentives designed to innovate and deliver earnings through partners, achieving strategic outcomes for Microsoft. You will utilize your subject matter expertise in business, project management, systems, and processes, along with process methodology knowledge, to drive business impact. Building relationships with clients and counterparts, you will lead discussions to operationalize work that directly impacts business vision and strategy. Once impacts are assessed and plans are built, you will lead a launch team leveraging the Microsoft Launch Process to bring these changes to market, tracking risks/issues, and ensuring excellence in delivery. Additionally, you will support launch readiness execution through artifact authoring and management. In partnership with the broader launch community, you will identify and execute process improvements, documenting the roll-out to the organization.
