Job Description

Security represents the most critical priorities for our customers in a world awash in digital threats, regulatory scrutiny, and estate complexity. Microsoft Security aspires to make the world a safer place for all. We want to reshape security and empower every analyst, admin, and developer to easily deploy Microsoft Threat Protection products. The Microsoft Security organization accelerates Microsoft’s mission and bold ambitions to ensure that our company and industry is securing digital technology platforms, devices, and clouds in our customers’ heterogeneous environments, as well as ensuring the security of our own internal estate.

 

Within the larger Security Customer Experience Engineering (CXE) organization, our team ensures Threat Protection products can easily be deployed and consumed by customers and partners. As a Product Manager II you will work with our engineering, marketing teams, FastTrack, Customer Success Unity and Partners to anticipate how customers will deploy new or complex features across industries, heterogenous environments and develop guidance and tools. We validate the guidance is effective directly with customers and evolve guidance to ensure streamlined feature adoption.

 

Through deployment, customers will encounter deployment blockers, feature requests, and bugs. This Product Manager II role requires you to prioritize, escalate and drive these insights into our feature teams to unblock deployment and increase customer satisfaction.
