**About the Role**
The Global Delivery Partnerships team is looking for a sharp, highly-motivated individual to join our pod which manages the largest global relationships in the restaurant vertical, such as Starbucks, RBI, McDonald’s & Yum! Brands.
As a Senior Partner Manager, you will work in a client-facing role to drive partnership expansion through demand generation, pitch and upsell strategy, and operational excellence. Partner Managers work cross-functionally with Partner Engineers, Operations, Product, and Marketing to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and our strategic merchant partners.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop and execute partnership strategy to achieve quarterly growth goals
- Focus on operational success, using internal data and our reliability team to identify insights and action plans to improve timeliness and completion rates of delivery.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within partner organizations
- Bring your analytical A-game. Develop business models and conduct analyses to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals
- Handle the big picture and the tiny details. You are organized, timely and ensure nothing gets missed; you are also attuned to high-level strategy and consistently come up with new ways to add value to existing partnerships
- Partner with cross-functional teams. Be the voice of the customer and effectively navigate internal processes with partners from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.
- Expand product adoption. Communicate the value of our newest products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Drive initiatives. You will lead and support key initiatives across our team to drive growth for our restaurant partners at scale. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations
- Identify areas of improvement across operations, and consult partnership leadership.
- Remain up-to-date on media/marketing industry trends, network, and demonstrate your subject matter expertise in the Enterprise/Global 3PD space.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum of 6 years full-time professional experience
- Experience in a client-facing role working with large enterprises & Global partnerships
- Sales and partner/account management experience
**Preferred Qualification**
- Experience selling into or partnering with large, complex enterprise brands and organizations (Online food delivery, eCommerce, Consulting)
- Experience securing buy-in with executive-level external partners and using data to share insights and consult on core business objectives.
- Track record of building and executing strategic sales/marketing plans (quarterly & annual)
- Demonstrated success creating and executing pipeline across a distributed franchised organization
- Ability to flex your analytical skills and utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers
- Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$118,000 per year - USD$131,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$146,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
