How you’ll have an impact:

As a People Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind bringing our People strategy to life—designing and delivering high-impact programs that shape every stage of the employee lifecycle. You’ll wear multiple hats: trusted advisor to leadership, coach and champion for employees, and strategic architect of culture.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting our Software Engineering teams, helping to scale our talent practices in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. Ideally, you've already partnered with these kinds of teams in Tech, Trading, or FinTech companies and understand the pace, mindset, and complexity that come with it.

- Collaborate with the wider People team to continuously level up the employee experience and keep our people strategy ahead of the curve.
What you'll bring:
You’re a people-first professional with the confidence to influence, build and shape - and the curiosity to keep learning. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and love turning ideas into programs that make a difference.
- Proven experience in turning People strategy into impactful programs (think L&D, performance, engagement—you name it).
- Strong coaching capabilities and the ability to spark growth in others.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—you build trust quickly and influence with ease.
- A data-savvy mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical action.
- Experience partnering with Software Engineering or Technical teams, ideally within a Tech, Trading, or FinTech environment—you understand their unique dynamics and how to support their growth.
- This role is a great fit if you're a mid-career professional ready to grow beyond your comfort zone, take ownership, and build while learning.
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in business-level English—both written and spoken—enabling you to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
