Our team, located in Amsterdam, is looking for self-driven, talented people who can help make digital assets available for everyone.

What is the role about?

As a Listing Business Development Manager at Bitvavo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital asset offering. You will be the first point of contact for protocols and projects seeking to be listed, helping to bridge the gap between innovative blockchain initiatives and Bitvavo’s growing customer base. Working within the Listings team and closely collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Marketing, your work directly contributes to Bitvavo’s mission to make digital assets accessible to everyone. Your strategic insight and industry relationships will drive the identification of high-potential assets and meaningful partnerships.

How will you make an impact?

Identify and source potential digital assets aligned with market trends and Bitvavo’s strategic priorities
Maintain and expand relationships with protocols, funds, launchpads, and other ecosystem players
Act as the initial point of contact for listing requests and review submissions against internal criteria
Partner with the Assessment team to conduct in-depth evaluations of potential listings
Present listing proposals and strategic opportunities to the Listings Committee
Identify and negotiate exclusive listings, marketing campaigns, or other value-adding collaborations
Represent Bitvavo at international and local industry events to grow our network and visibility

How will you be successful?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or investment analysis within crypto, fintech, or technology
Demonstrated knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, blockchain technology, and digital assets
Strong relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and accountable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and a drive to deliver customer impact
Exhibits ethical judgment and professionalism in every interaction, embodying Bitvavo’s commitment to doing the right thing
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage
