What is the role about?

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be working with our recruiters and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire the brightest minds in the industry. Your stakeholder management skills, great candidate engagement abilities and passion for recruiting and sourcing talent will ensure your success in our rapidly evolving business. 

Within the Talent Acquisition team, we each focus on different areas of the business - Product, Engineering and Business. As the Sourcer on board, you will normally be supporting all these domains. We do, however, operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, so priorities may shift throughout the year. 

How will you make an impact? 

The opportunities branch beyond hands-on sourcing to strategic projects such as providing market insights to inform recruitment strategy and targets, improving our external communications through the creation of new job templates and candidate email templates, managing our job board usage and much more. It is in your hands to expand the scope of the role as you wish! 

What do you need to succeed? 

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, in a start/scale-up or a company in the fintech or tech sector
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential and Greenhouse is preferred
  • Experience managing multiple search projects at once, while being able to prioritise amongst them
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to gather, interpret and present data in order to drive recruitment and hiring decisions
  • Resiliency, the ability to work independently, solution and result-orientation and a passion for engaging with a demanding, challenging candidate pool
  • Experience with diversity sourcing initiatives is preferred
