Team mission

In this role, you’ll be using your mix of analytical skills and process improvement expertise and your deep understanding of people and Talent Acquisition best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness across our TA team. If you’re passionate about collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, this role will allow you to have a broad impact on a global scale.

You will:

• Optimize for efficiency and scalability of our recruiting processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Ensure we have up-to-date and complete documentation and source knowledge available for all of TA and our stakeholders.
• Collate and visualize key recruitment metrics to identify trends and collaborate with TA Leaders to remove bottlenecks and challenges. 
• Partner with People Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Drive automation and process enhancements with our ATS, HRIS platforms, and other TA tools. Ensuring compliance and adherence to data privacy regulations and internal policies.
• Partner with TA teams, hiring teams, and Senior business stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, best practices, and change management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and FP&A to drive alignment across geographies, seeking best practices, standardization, and process optimization.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of training and enablement. Work closely with TA Leadership and Talent Development to ensure that those involved in hiring and interviewing have the best available resources and information.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in a TA function
• Strong project management and experienced streamlining processes, using data to make informed decisions that improve operational efficiency.
• Experienced in introducing change management solutions with the ability to prioritize critical tasks and ensure minimum disruption to BAU operations.
• You are a bridge builder. Collaboration, influence, and delivering exceptional stakeholder or customer experiences with clear communication are second nature to you.
• Comfortable using and switching between different software tools and curious to try and introduce new ones. We’re using Greenhouse as our ATS at the moment, with a few other integrations for scheduling, data reporting, etc.
• You are data-driven, detail-oriented, accurate, precise, and highly analytical. You also have a strong ability to document and update project plans and share progress with stakeholders.
• The ability to remain composed and resilient under pressure when managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and processes. 
• You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and can easily navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
