Team mission

Our Group Reporting team is dedicated to delivering high-quality financial information to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our strategic vision for excellence in Group Reporting and ensuring compliance.

You will:

• Manage the preparation of and distribution of financial statements and related reporting, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
• Lead analysis and implementation of technical accounting topics, including preparation of high quality accounting memos.
• Lead the documentation of GetYourGuide Group accounting policies and procedures.
• Drive optimization and process improvement projects, liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Support Group Audits and reviews according to IFRS and HGB.

Who you are:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA).
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with total experience of 8+ years within Finance/Accounting.
• Strong IFRS reporting experience, HGB desirable and non-financial reporting is a plus.
• Experience in a public market company and SEC filing, SOX experience is a plus.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across all levels with demonstrated ability to explain complex issues.
• Knowledge of S/4 Hana, OneStream and disclosure management tools.
