Team mission

Our mission is to provide reliable solutions that translate operational processes into financial data while enabling strategic decision making.

You will:

• Manage and oversee daily operations related to incident and change management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize SAP solutions that support incident and change management processes.
• Proactively monitor team staffing to ensure proper level of utilization and adjust staffing strategy depending on the ever changing requirements from the business
• Utilize accounting expertise to support financial aspects of change management, including cost analysis and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain documentation for incident and change management processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Monitor and report on incident and change management activities, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment in incident and change management efforts.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience, with a focus on incident and change management.
• Strong background in SAP and accounting principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to operational management tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
