We are looking for a Senior Performance & Growth Manager to drive performance strategy and enable high-performing teams. You will work closely with the Senior Lead of Performance and Growth and People Partners to embed a culture of continuous feedback and development across the organization. You will collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to enhance leadership, talent development, and performance excellence.

You will:

• Lead performance management strategy & execution: Design, implement, and optimize performance management frameworks and processes, owning them end to end.
• Enable a high-performance culture: Drive continuous feedback and development processes across the organization.
• Drive targeted interventions: Partner with senior leaders to address leadership, change, and performance-related challenges.
• Support strategic leadership development: Work with the Lead of Performance and Growth to deliver leadership development initiatives.
• Optimize top talent development: Establish processes to identify, develop, and retain top talent.

Who you are

• Experienced in designing performance processes and implementing scalable solutions.
• Skilled in managing performance management end to end, from talent to rewards.
• Experienced in people management, with a strong understanding of the challenges managers face and how to support them effectively.
• A strong facilitator, comfortable working with teams and leaders.
• Proficient in analyzing performance trends to guide focus and decision-making.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI and digital tools in daily work.
• A strategic thinker, able to diagnose challenges and drive meaningful change.
• Experience in leadership development, people partnering, or change management is a major plus.
