Team mission

As People Partners, we enable our leaders to build high-performing teams, grow their team members, sustain high engagement. We do this by aligning talent strategies with business needs to unlock the full potential of our teams.

You will:

• Strategic HR Partnership: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Senior Leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and growth plans. Act as a strategic advisor to Senior Leadership, developing and implementing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior People Partners to elevate the ability of the team to drive strategic impact for the business.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and Senior Leadership on employee engagement, performance management, compensation, culture and organisational development.
• Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational goals. Provide advisory support, using employment law knowledge on key people and org decisions.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth. Facilitate and develop learning and growth activities for management and employees in conjunction with the Organizational Development team

Who you are

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role, preferably in a tech company, or fast-paced growth environment.
• Strategic leader with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven hands-on attitude, are flexible, and adaptable and know how to inspire your colleagues
• Performance-driven attitude and experience working with OKRs
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset help you to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• An entrepreneurial, data-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
