As a team we are driven by a singular vision: to curate the world's most exceptional customer experience and inventory at the most visited attractions in the world such as Disneyland, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Broadway. These locations behave differently than other less demanded locations and therefore require customized and cross-functional strategies. You will:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution across team functions.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, using advanced techniques and tools to generate impactful recommendations.
Innovation and Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance our Top Points of Interest tactics and playbooks, growing key partnerships and driving innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a vital bridge between our sales organization and central functional teams, troubleshooting performance issues and fostering engagement.
Entrepreneurial Impact: Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to think about scaled implementation and optimization of initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.

Who you are:

You've have 3-5 years in operational or strategy roles in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a technology company,
You're a data dynamo with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel
You're a pro at managing cross-functional projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving engagement and efficiency.
You are an Innovative Problem-Solver with the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion. We seek a resourceful candidate who can effectively navigate the organization to gather necessary information and implement innovative solutions.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can think about both scaled implementation as well as optimization of initiatives in a startup environment
