Team Mission - Top Points of Interest 

As a team we are driven by a singular vision: to curate the world's most exceptional customer experience and inventory at the most visited attractions in the world such as Disneyland, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Broadway. These locations behave differently than other less demanded locations and therefore require customized and cross-functional strategies. 

You will:

• Develop and implement strategies for how to optimize and grow our relationships with our Top Points of Interest suppliers.
• Topic areas can include (availability, pricing, connectivity, revenue management)
• Leverage analytics to develop and understand drivers of key performance metrics. 
• Gather an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape at top Point of Interest 
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless and successful execution of initiatives.
• Conduct data analyses to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, engaging with senior-level stakeholders (directors, VPs, and C-level executives).

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years in management consulting, or 4+ years in Strategy, operations, or Recent MBA Grad  in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS company.
• You're a data dynamo, using tools like Excel, Looker, and external datasets to fuel your strategies.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can think about both scaled implementation as well as optimization of initiatives in a startup environment
• You're a self-starter with sharp commercial acumen, ready to tackle projects with a bold, test-and-learn mindset.
• You're a strategic thinker and business developer, breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
• You're a data dynamo, using tools like Excel, Looker, and external datasets to fuel your strategies.
• You thrive in ambiguity, confidently taking the lead without needing detailed instructions.
• You're a pro at managing cross-functional projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving engagement and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

This role will be based in Berlin and a hybrid working model.
