Team mission:

Our mission is to defend against systematic fraudulent attacks. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented KYB/KYC Agent to join our compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough checks and verifications of both our business partners and customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our platform and fostering trust among our users.

You will:

• Conduct comprehensive KYB checks on new and existing experience creators, verifying business credentials, ownership structures, and financial information.
• Perform KYC checks on customers, validate identity documents and conduct risk assessments to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine KYB/KYC procedures and workflows, ensuring they are efficient and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities, escalating issues to the compliance manager as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYB/KYC activities and decisions in our database.
• Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, adapting processes as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to other departments on KYB/KYC-related matters.

Who you are:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven experience in a KYB/KYC role, preferably within a marketplace or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to KYB/KYC.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using compliance software and tools.

Requirements:

Full-time position (40 hours per week).Weekend availability required (max 1, 2 days per month).
