Team mission

We're seeking a dynamic Employee Experience Specialist to join the team. As part of the greater Growth and Culture Team, the Employee Experience Team’s mission is to create an exceptional work environment that fosters connection, innovation, and belonging. You will be instrumental in bringing this mission to life.

You will:

• Elevate our employee experience: Support regular and ad-hoc internal and external events and infuse them with the GetYourGuide culture. 
• Create moments to connect through shared meals: Organize company lunches & brunches for employees and support teams with their catering needs. 
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships: Partner with our office heroes for event and catering support and create trusting partnerships with regular caterers and other service providers. 
• Partner with internal stakeholders: Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant team, internal facilitators, and event owners to successfully deliver the events they plan/own.
• Uphold strong operational organization: Provide exceptional support on JIRA tickets while maintaining standard resolution times, help manage team budget and vendor invoices on SAP, and keep our team documentation up to date.  

Who you are

• Experience providing exceptional employee events and initiatives.
• Have a proactive, not reactive attitude, challenging the status quo to create more efficiencies for our team’s operations.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail. 
• Ability to problem solve with creative solutions.
• Metrics-minded with an ability to use them to drive change.
• Possesses project management skills that involve external vendors and/or internal stakeholders. 
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
