You will:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Team and support our Italian and Spanish markets. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, focusing on larger, more complex accounts. Identify and lead growth initiatives with your top accounts, from idea generation to implementation and project management to success tracking and reporting. Leverage internal cross-functional partners where appropriate. Independently resolve technical issues to maintain high performance. Pitch and win expansion Opportunities. Solve customer and partner issues, review account performance, provide regular reports and insights, and proactively share opportunities for improvements to make your accounts successful. Represent GetYourGuide at relevant regional events and conferences and in the markets you manage. 

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years experience in Account Management, with a proven track record of handling large and complex accounts. 
  • Travel tech or OTA industry experience is a plus. 
  • You thrive in fluid and uncertain environments where no day is the same.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing internal decision-makers across all functions 
  • Results-focused with key prioritization skills and a strategic mindset 
  • Strong in data analysis and reporting 
  • Passionate about travelling and getting out to your markets, visiting our local partners, and discovering new opportunities 
  • Solid understanding of the Booking Systems and Channel Manager landscape 
  • Italian and Spanish speaker, ideally at a native level, and full working proficiency in English.
