The role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join HelloFresh’s Global AI team, with a focus on customer value prediction. Our vision is to accurately forecast each of our customers’ behaviors to inform the business’s investment and personalization strategies. As a Product Manager, you'll be part of a team of engineers and data scientists who work together to build innovative data products in an agile, highly collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to create and own the vision for your team in the next few years and work on making that a reality through customer centric prioritization.

What you’ll do

• Own vision, development, and use of the data products developed by the Forecasting product team(s)
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to establish and drive a roadmap focussed on customer value and business viability
• Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Document and communicate new product hypotheses, with accompanying concepts, prototypes, and use cases
• Define clear OKRs and KPIs with your team and track progress against them regularly
• Keep up on industry trends that help us evaluate the company’s needs in data and ML/AI technologies
  
  

You are

• An active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams
• Able to develop an in-depth understanding of HelloFresh’s core product and architecture
• Acting as an ambassador for state-of-the-art software solutions and industry best practices
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Extensive hands-on product management experience related to predictive modeling and/or data analytics with teams of 5+ engineers and data scientists
• Experience with applied research in the domains of decision science and behavioral modeling
• Experience with agile ways of working
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in science, engineering, and marketing
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end data products
• Ability to build business cases
