The role

Do you thrive on crafting tailored customer journeys that drive meaningful engagement? As the Senior Audience Manager for Reactivations, you will be responsible for re-engaging the HelloFresh cancelled base across 17 markets and 5 brands. In this role, you will own specific customer segments and design customer journeys that nurture, strengthen, and rebuild relationships with these audiences, ultimately driving Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

This role goes beyond crafting and optimizing campaigns—it’s about taking part in the development of the overarching reactivation strategy, to help shape the vision for customer-centric journeys, and ensuring the delivery of industry-leading segmented campaigns that nurture, strengthen, and rebuild relationships with our canceled customer base.

You will create a seamless and impactful reactivation experience, collaborating closely with Creative, Marketing Analytics, CRM Operations, Pricing & Discounts, and Brand - with particular emphasis on creative development and innovation - to develop a comprehensive communication strategy for your segment(s).

What you’ll do

  • Customer Journey Ownership: Take full ownership of a defined customer segment and create tailored customer journeys, starting from cancellation to eventual reactivation.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop detailed communication strategies for your segment(s), including channel definition, message timing, and creative direction.
  • Relationship Rebuilding: Focus on maintaining, strengthening, or reestablishing relationships with cancelled customers, using personalized and data-driven approaches.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data insights to continuously refine the effectiveness of customer journeys, with a focus on driving increased CLV and reactivation rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Marketing Analytics, CRM Operations, and Brand teams to align strategies, measure performance, and develop creative materials tailored to your segment(s).
  • Creative Oversight: Partner with the Creative team to ensure all communication touchpoints deliver product value and resonate with the target audience.
  • Innovation: Collaborate with teams exploring Automation and Machine Learning applications. Share insights to help identify areas where these tools can improve efficiency and personalization.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in a marketing role, with a focus on customer journey design, audience segmentation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably working with subscription business models.
  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing and executing customer journey strategies that effectively nurture relationships and drive long term retention.
  • Results-oriented: Ability to translate the communication strategy into effective KPIs, continuously improving the customer journey through measurable actions.
  • Creative Collaboration: A sharp instinct for standout creative assets —crafting and recognizing compelling visuals, copy, and design that captivates and connects. Strong ability to partner with creative teams to develop compelling communication materials that align with strategic objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer behavior and an ability to design journeys that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with creative, brand, analytics, and operations teams to create cohesive campaigns and strategies and deliver measurable results.
  • Tech-curious: A foundational understanding or curiosity about how to leverage automations and Machine Learning to optimise customer journeys. Prior collaboration with technical teams to explore these technologies is a plus but not required.
