The role
Are you passionate about re-engaging customers and driving growth through personalized marketing? As the Senior Audience Manager for Reactivations, you will play a critical role in the Reactivations team by crafting and overseeing strategies to win back customers who have cancelled their subscriptions across 17 markets and 4 brands. This role focuses on increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through Email and Push Notification campaigns, leveraging data insights and performance optimization.
You will be responsible for translating our vision into a comprehensible strategy for Email and Push Notifications, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of these efforts. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll work closely with Marketing Analytics, CRM Operations, Pricing & Discounts, Brand and more to achieve business goals.

What you’ll do
- Channel Strategy: Develop and own the reactivation strategy for Email and Push Notification campaigns, focusing on segmentation, messaging frameworks, and audience targeting.
- Performance Optimization: Track and optimize key KPIs for Email and Push channels, including Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates, and overall profitability.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing strategies to refine messaging, timing, and offers, continuously improving performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution, and with cross-functional teams—including Marketing Analytics, Pricing & Discounts, and Brand—to align strategies and messaging.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, CRM and reactivations introducing new ideas and approaches to the team.
What you’ll bring
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in a marketing role focused on CRM, especially working with Email Marketing and Push notifications. Experience in subscription-based businesses is a plus.
- KPI Focus: Deep understanding of key performance metrics for Email and Push Notifications, and a track record of driving improvements in CTRs, Conversion Rates, and ROI. Experience with Google Analytics and Adjust to track and build performance reports is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement long-term channel strategies while overseeing day-to-day performance.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B testing campaigns to optimize messaging and performance.
- Collaboration: Proven success working with cross-functional teams, particularly operations, analytics, and creative teams, to drive shared objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively across different seniority levels.
- Tech-curious: A foundational understanding or curiosity about how to leverage automations and Machine Learning to optimise customer journeys. Prior collaboration with technical teams to explore these technologies is a plus but not required.
