Health and Safety Coordinator

About The Team:
The Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting HelloFresh's health and safety objectives and key results. Primarily the role supports the health and safety function in the UK market as well as working closely with other teams at sites to assist with queries and systems.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work with the team to deliver objectives and key results (OKRs)
• Represent and contribute to the health and safety function, by raising the profile of initiatives within the team and to external stakeholders to improve health and safety
• Work with the health and safety team to develop, improve and maintain the health and safety management system and documentation (HSMS) 
• Ultimate owner of system administration of EcoOnline for the UK, developing use, driving improvement and efficiencies
• General administration tasks related to the HSMS
• Identifying gaps, problems and inefficiency in current processes
• Monitoring H&S data, undertaking analysis, helping the team make data driven decisions
• Prepare reports for UK and Intl H&S
• Provide and submit regular systems performance data
• Create H&S communication and H&S training materials
• Support site management team on safety processes, changes, accident investigation, best practice and all general safety enquiries

Who You Are:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office (word / excel / powerpoint)
• Excellent organisation skills, able to work with autonomy
• Have a natural instinct for innovation and introducing ideas
• Experience in a warehouse / food manufacturing / logistics environment
• Experience within Health & Safety 
• IOSH Managing Safely Certificate would be advantageous for this role
